An open event for anyone interested in peeking behind the curtains to see how seed stage financing are negotiated between seasoned VC investors and successful startup CEOs, including experienced corporate/securities lawyers. This event was timed to strategically integrate both Tech All Stars Berlin 2013, and the inaugural Angelbootcamp program (created by Startupbootcamp).
